Support business Management Information System (MIS) requests and campaign activities by working closely with multiple departments and stakeholders to understand their needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate specific analytic requirements, preparing detailed functional design documentation that ensures clarity and alignment. Assist in maintaining analytics data models and managing data assets, contributing to the overall reliability of organisational information systems. Extract and compile data from diverse sources while ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy throughout all processes. Provide essential support during system migration projects, troubleshooting issues or discrepancies related to data or reporting as they arise. Conduct regular checks of MIS processes to guarantee compliance with established standards and procedures, safeguarding operational consistency. Continuously evaluate existing MIS processes with a view to improving efficiency and effectiveness, recommending enhancements where appropriate. Respond promptly to ad‑hoc analysis requests and administrative tasks, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to supporting business needs. Communicate findings clearly through presentations and reports tailored for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
