Additionally, you will ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems. This role also involves mentoring team members, driving best practices in data analytics, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. You will communicate insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences, enabling data‑driven strategies that enhance organizational performance. Qualifications Strong expertise in data analysis, statistics, and advanced analytical methodologies. Proficiency with analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or BI platforms. Experience leading or mentoring data analysts and managing analytics projects. Ability to translate complex business questions into actionable analyses and models. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering insights to stakeholders. Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that inform decision‑making. Knowledge of predictive modeling, trend analysis, and data interpretation techniques. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence strategic decisions.
