Assist a team of professional staff and technical staff in facilities and project management for hospitals and clinics. Assist in the operation of the Computerized Order Processing and Project Execution (COPPE) system and Facility Improvement and Maintenance Works Order Management System (FMMS) for minor works projects. Assist in conducting site and safety inspections to minor works projects. Assist in conducting quality audits on payments certified by consultants. Provide technical support to Development & Works Division for building and/or building services works. Perform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor(s) including job rotation to other posts within and outside the division. Entry Requirements A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Building Studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education; or equivalent. (a)Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE. (b)Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE, or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant experience such as building services installation works and/or building projects after attaining the required academic qualification. Obtained valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card). Registered electrical worker, Class B, as registered in the list of EMSD. Formal training in occupational safety and health. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently. Outgoing and able to work under pressure and stressful situation. Proficiency in computer application (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCAD and other MS Office applications, etc.) Practical experience in public works projects, and/or administration of term contract.
