Building Services Inspector (Site Staff) by CITIC Pacific Ltd. Hong Kong Property Hong Kong - Hong Kong Latest Job Posting Date: 28 May 2025 Responsibilities: Assist the Project Building Services Engineer/Manager in all aspects of supervision of building services work onsite within the contracts and the maintenance of site records. Assist in the administration and supervision of Assistant Building Services Inspector(s) and Works Supervisory grade staff. Monitor the utilization of labour resources, track project progress, oversee the proper use and compliance of materials and equipment on site. Collaboration and coordinate with contractors, utility companies, client and government departments to address site matters. Conduct inspections and witness the testing and commissioning of building services installations. Check defects for building services works, identify discrepancies on sites and take appropriate actions to rectify building defects before and during handover of the finished works. To carry out other duties ad hoc projects as assigned by the Building Services Engineer / Manager. Requirements: Diploma or above with major in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years or above post-qualification construction site experience in Building Services field or equivalent, preferably with work experience for property developers. Registered Grade A0 Electrical Worker or above is an advantage. Holder of certificate in construction safety supervisor is preferable. Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking and work independently. Good initiative, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Good in MS Office such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
