Temporary/Part-time Research Assistant(s) (Project Ref. No: RD/2025/2.21 & PFDS/2025/03) (E&L) Founded in 1989, Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) is a modern, vibrant and dynamic university that tailors its professional programmes to adapt to market trends and meet industry needs, providing students with quality professional education and clear career paths. As a faculty‑driven, student‑centred university, HKMU supports innovative teaching, strategic research and stakeholder outreach across areas such as digital humanities and literature, international business, gerontechnology, smart city, and bilingual learning and teaching. Major Duties and Responsibilities Collect and compile data, including coordination and conducting of interviews and questionnaires Analyse data with transcription, translation and writing Participate in the creative process of a devised theatre, when appropriate Assist in data analysis of questionnaires, interviews and documentary data Conduct literature searches Carry out any other work allocated by the Principal Investigator Candidates Should Possess the Following Qualifications, Experience and Competencies A bachelor’s degree preferably in Language, Arts, or Education with training or experience in drama Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese Preferably with experience in research and drama teaching Terms and Conditions for Appointment Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary part‑time contract.
