Based on the research led by Chair Prof. Zheng Zijian of PolyU , 邁創峰 was among the first initiatives to win funding from Hong Kong’s RAISe+ Scheme , aimed at accelerating the transformation and commercialisation of university R&D. We are now building an AI infrastructure company on this foundation—driving faster, cleaner, more cost-efficient, and higher-performance energy solutions for the electrified and AI-driven future. The Role We are hiring a Partner (Marketing & PR) to own 邁創峰’s brand narrative and external voice across Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, Mainland China and the global tech/greentech world. This is a senior, hands‑on role for a multilingual storyteller who can blend strategy with execution, turning complex energy technology into compelling content, coverage, and community. What You’ll Do Overall Strategy: Support the CEO in forming and executing the company's strategic plan, from marketing and PR angles and beyond, demonstrating agility and responsiveness to evolving business priorities. PR & Media: Build and manage relationships with top‑tier tech/greentech, business, and local Hong Kong media (Cantonese/Mandarin/English). Own press kits, media training, news cycles, and crisis comms. Content Engine: Lead an editorial calendar spanning announcement press releases, explainers on technology, commercial updates, and social content (LinkedIn/Youtube/微信, etc). Campaigns & GTM Support: Partner with BD/partnerships on launches, demos, and showcases; secure speaking slots and award submissions; drive share‑of‑voice growth. Stakeholder Comms: Align messaging with PolyU/KTEO, research partners, and government programmes (e.g., RAISe+) to amplify milestones appropriately. Community & Events: Curate meetups, media roundtables, and presence at regional innovation weeks and greentech forums. Measurement: Set KPIs (reach, SOV, qualified inbound, event ROI), run experiments, and report insights to CEO. What You’ll Bring Language: Native Cantonese ; fluent Mandarin and English , with demonstrated ability to craft press‑ready copy in English and traditional and simplified Chinese. Experience: 5+ years in Marketing/PR, ideally in deeptech/greentech, advanced materials, new energy . Agency and in‑house mixes welcome. PR Chops: Strong HK/Greater China media network; proven record landing features, broadcast interviews, and thought‑leadership placements. Content Craft: Portfolio of crisp, technical‑yet‑accessible writing (press releases, long‑form explainers, bylines). Strategy + Ops: You can design a strategy on Monday and ship a newsroom‑grade release by Wednesday. Owner Mindset: Bias to action, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast‑moving start‑up. Nice to Have Track record promoting university spin‑outs or government‑backed innovation projects. Experience coordinating with university tech‑transfer/KTEO teams.
