Job Responsibilities: Team leader who is hands‑on with execution, with solid experience managing a team of 4+ Oversee day‑to‑day business operations to ensure productivity, accountability and high‑quality delivery Set clear goals for direct reports, inspire teamwork, and provide guidance where needed Account Management : Lead daily account servicing, including project development, social/KOL content creation, and reporting — with strong understanding of clients’ business objectives and proactive expectation management Client Management : Provide brands with strategic advice across creative, influencer marketing, digital and social media Communication : Maintain strong relationships with clients, creators/KOLs and internal teams; collaborate closely with Creative teammates to deliver impactful work Annual Leave + Birthday Leave Competitive salary + performance bonus Medical insurance Job Requirements: Fun & open‑minded personality 6+ years of solid experience in account servicing, with proven success in client satisfaction and account growth A strong passion for social media culture, creator trends and influencer marketing is a must Solid experience in integrated campaign planning Strong strategic thinking and financial/business acumen Established client‑side network is a strong plus Proactive in participating in agency initiatives A people‑oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
