MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES PR & Communications Assist in developing proposals and coordinating product loans with internal teams for media shootings, celebrity dressings, and key placements to enhance brand desirability. Translate, draft, and adapt press releases and media materials to achieve qualitative exposure and reinforce brand storytelling. Prepare regular PR clipping reports and coverage analyses. Nurture and maintain close relationships with media partners, influencers, and stylists; handle media enquiries for HK, TW & KR markets, with professionalism and brand sensitivity. Provide daily administrative support, including competitor monitoring, press clipping, inventory and event material management, and invoice processing. Event Management Contribute creative ideas for media activations, VIP receptions, and client experience events that reflect the Maison’s elegance and heritage. Identify partnership and venue opportunities to enrich event experiences and reinforce brand prestige. Liaise closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event planning, execution, and on-site coordination. Advertising & Digital Marketing Support the creation and adaptation of engaging content for digital and social platforms, collaborating with media partners and business affiliates to extend brand presence. Assist in the preparation and production of above-the-line advertising materials, ensuring consistency in brand aesthetics and tone of voice. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related disciplines Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, ideally gained within the luxury, fashion or retail industry Proven experience in event planning and execution in a premium brand environment. Exposure to digital marketing and social media management is a plus.Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Sound awareness of social media platforms, digital trends, and influencer ecosystems. Detail‑oriented, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
