Brand Image Director & Marketing Manager Position Overview The Brand image and Marketing Director create and manage the company’s visual brand identity, develop marketing materials such as logos, brochures, website designs and advertising campaigns, coordinate with other departments to ensure all branding and marketing initiatives are aligned, and monitor industry trends to stay up-to-date on the latest design techniques and styles. This hybrid role requires a creative and strategic mind, excellent skills, and deep familiarity with the codes of French fashion. The ideal candidate is a native French speaker, fluent in English, and has experience working in a renowned fashion house or premium lifestyle brand. Candidate will have to communicate daily with French suppliers (mostly in French), be able to understand, analyze and deploy accordingly with the local team. Key Responsibilities Define visual and scenographic concepts for trade shows, campaigns, installations, press presentations and calls for tenders. Create visual expression territories, including mood boards, storytelling, graphic guidelines and styles. Oversee the artistic direction of graphic design, photography, video, digital media and publishing. Ensure consistency between communication, image and scenography in collaboration with the events team. Guarantee the consistency and quality of project execution, from design to production. Work closely with the communications, production, experience, sales and general management teams. Oversee creative production, including budgets, schedules, technical choices and service providers. Participate in calls for tenders and client presentations, providing creative direction and delivering sales pitches and storytelling. Ensure consistency between creative vision and operational constraints (time, costs and feasibility). Supervise and inspire internal creative teams and external service providers. Foster a collective and collaborative spirit within teams. Encourage the research and development of new concepts. Keep up to date with trends in fashion, design, art and visual and digital culture and maintain an international creative network of studios, artists, photographers and talent. This role requires coordinating a team during filming and acts as the main point of contact to ensure the project is managed effectively, guaranteeing quality and meeting deadlines. Also, oversee production schedules and ensure they are well coordinated and collaborate with the post‑producer to ensure projects are delivered smoothly. The ideal candidate Native French speaker with over four years of experience within a luxury brand, bringing with her a solid understanding of the French fashion landscape and its cultural codes. A strong expertise in marketing, brand strategy, and project management, all of which she has handled with rigour, autonomy and precision. Capable of conveying French values with authenticity and nuance, drawing on a deep understanding of French craftsmanship, cultural heritage, aesthetic codes, and the understated sophistication that defines contemporary French luxury. Technical Skills Required Native French speaker At least 4 years experience in a luxury brand Project management: rigour, autonomy, organisation Excellent written expression in French and English (spelling, syntax, style) Knowledge of CRM, web and social media tools; proven experience in marketing, brand strategy and project management Knowledge of Luxury French Fashion Excellent written and visual storytelling skills Organisational, thoroughness and attention to detail Strong sense of aesthetics, cultural awareness and brand‑building instincts Highly organised, solution‑oriented, self‑driven curiosity, analytical mind and creativity Ability to produce video content Passionate about French fashion, lifestyle storytelling and international development Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
