Job Overview We are a fast-growing beauty and lifestyle brand with a thriving e-commerce platform and a premium beauty salon. To drive our next phase of accelerated growth, we are looking for an outstanding Marketing Manager to own the entire marketing function — strategy, performance, creative execution, and team leadership. Reporting directly to the Director, you will shape and execute the full marketing roadmap, deliver ambitious growth targets across digital, social and offline channels, and ensure a unified, premium brand experience at every customer touchpoint. You will lead a talented in‑house team of designers and copywriters, and work hand‑in‑hand with our Art Director — the creative lead responsible for visual direction, packaging, social aesthetics, and on‑brand execution — to turn bold strategies into beautiful, high‑performing campaigns and assets. Key Responsibilities Drive the brand’s transformation and rebranding initiative, leading the evolution of our overall image, tone of voice, visual identity, and creative direction in collaboration with the Art Director and leadership team. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand growth, enhance market presence, and deliver on business objectives. Oversee brand identity, creative direction, and visual standards, ensuring all marketing materials, campaigns, and customer touchpoints reflect a consistent and elevated brand image. Own performance marketing strategy, execution, and optimization — leading Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, KOL/influencer partnerships, affiliate, SEO, and CRM channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS) while analyzing campaign performance in real time, refining strategies with data insights, and consistently hitting acquisition, ROAS, and LTV targets. Manage and guide the marketing team—including designers and copywriters—working closely with the Art Director to provide direction, feedback, and mentorship, ensuring polished, on‑brand output across digital, print, packaging, and physical formats, while overseeing the optimization of the e‑commerce website—including design, UX/UI, content, and layout—to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. Plan and supervise content production schedules and campaign timelines across social and digital platforms—including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, XHS, and TikTok. Manage external partners and vendors, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and timely execution. Collaborate cross‑functionally with other teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with e‑Commerce and retail plans. Own marketing budget allocation and forecasting, conduct ongoing market and competitor research, and proactively identify new growth opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field 6 - 8 years marketing experience (including 4+ years in a supervisory role) in beauty/lifestyle/fashion/e‑commerce Proven experience leading a full brand transformation/rebranding (image, tone, visual direction, premium positioning) Strong commercial acumen owns budgets, drives revenue/ROI, impacts P&L Deep knowledge of beauty/lifestyle consumers, luxury positioning and visual trends Track record scaling performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, XHS, KOLs) and e‑commerce growth Hands‑on experience in e‑commerce optimization (UX/UI, content, CRO); familiarity with Shopline is a plus Data‑fluent (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, performance analytics) 5 days’ work week, with 2 days’ work‑from‑home arrangement Benefits Medical Benefits Marriage leave Birthday leave Performance bonus A passionate and dedicated team A comfortable office environment Application Details Please include your current salary, expected salary and the date of availability in your resume when applying, and a link to your portfolio.
