Assistant General Manager, Telesales

We’re partnering with a leading telecom brand to recruit talent professional and leading strategic initiatives across multiple channels. As the role: This is a strategic role offering the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects, drive omni-channel transformation, and shape CRM and data-driven sales operations. You’ll work closely with a top-tier telecom brand in a dynamic and fast-paced market, with exposure to regional initiatives and leadership collaboration. Key responsibilities Develop and implement strategies and procedures to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management Lead projects aimed at improving telesales operations and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Support omni-channel customer interactions to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all channels. Utilize data from various channels to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement Data Analysis and Decision Making Implement data analysis techniques to gather insights and improve data-driven decision making in sales operations. Leverage data to identify trends, forecast sales, and optimize performance metrics Foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation, ensuring aligned objectives and shared goals Work closely with other departments to develop solutions that enhance overall business performance Customer Relationship Management Enhance frontline staff training on solution-based selling and objection handling. Map end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to retention, and craft the playbook targeted for different customer segments at different touch points Participate in setting up a CRM system that keeps track of customers’ total journey with the company Requirements Abachelor’s degreein a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Customer Service Strong background incustomer service operations, preferably in a contact center environment for at least 15 years Familiarity with managingmultichannel interactions(calls, chats, WhatsApp). Strong Knowledge and understanding of contact centre operations, including workforce management, call routing and performance metrics Experience in leading and developing a diverse team of customer service professionals Work under high pressure and have excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing teams Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities on finding effective solutions for complex customer issues and operational challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
