Associate Relationship Manager – We are currently seeking a high‑calibre professional to join our team as Associate Relationship Manager, to undergo structured training in order to develop a wide‑spectrum of retail banking product knowledge and pave the way for further career development as Relationship Manager. Applicants from any financial services firm, including insurance or independent financial advisory are welcome Candidates with at least 2 years of working experience from any industry will also be considered. Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is a must whereas HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferred) and fulfil the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Regulator Strong service and sales orientation, self‑motivated with good communication skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Ability to manage complex interactions effectively Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
