Benefits Attractive basic salary Healthcare insurance coverage for you and your family Retirement benefit scheme with employer’s contribution Employee Share Purchase Plan Work‑life balance: 24 days paid annual leave plus additional leave entitlements (birthday, marriage, maternity and paternity, study, volunteer work) Preferential interest rate for staff housing loan of up to 100% of property valuation or purchase price Recognisable corporate training and development programme Progressive career advancement opportunities Principal Responsibilities Provide quality customer service to our retail customers in the branch network Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions Participate in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty Maintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to relevant policies and guidelines Requirements University or Associate degree holders; or HKCEE/HKDSE holders Minimum 1.5 years direct sales experience in the banking industry (applicants from insurance or independent financial advisory firms will also be considered) Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is a must; HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 preferred) and fulfil competency requirements for regulated activities as defined by the regulator Strong service and sales orientation, self‑motivated with good communication skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua an advantage High level of customer‑centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Ability to manage complex interactions effectively Strong situational awareness, desire to learn and ability to work in an agile environment Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) or Certified Banker (CB) under the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage Location and Employment Conditions Work location will be subject to change and to be decided by Line Management upon joining.
