Trilingual Executive Assistant to C-level Trading Business of FMCG Products Stable and Multicultural Environment Office location in Wan Chai District Our Client Representing a dynamic Joint Venture group seeking a highly skilled Trilingual Executive Assistant. Job Duties Coordinate Senior Director's business schedules and appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including work visas, flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare, translate and assist with confidential and sensitive documents, presentations, and reports. Liaise with key stakeholders, including high-profile individuals, senior executives, and government officials Handle complex and ever-changing calendars, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts. Assist with event planning and coordination, including conferences, board meetings, and social gatherings. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times when handling sensitive information. Requirements Proven 5 years+ track record as an executive assistant or personal assistant, supporting high-profile C-level executives Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English Professional and polished demeanour with exceptional interpersonalskills APAC In-house Facilities Mgmt Technical Engineer Regional Accountabilities Report to Regional Head of Facilities Management Technical Operations Oversight the design and operation of ICT facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including lighting, power, cooling, and security for the APAC region across 8 countries. Assume the regional expert on full spectrum of technical operations matters by working with local technical & facilities management vendors to cater for incident mgmt., office relocation, site establishment, restack and IT changes. Take the lead as internal environmental management SME to ensure the fulfilment of corporate governance, sustainability and ISO14001. Contribute to implementation of workplace standards, sustainability practices, regional initiatives, EPI data/reporting and related audit Provide first class PA/secretarial and administrative support Accountable for B2B sales and marketing support Handle customers inquiries and coordinate with vendors on any logistic/operational matters Proactively support ad-hoc projects from system upgrade, process improvement, and coordinating marketing /promotion activities.
