Learn more at Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and client‑centric Case Manager / Insurance Specialist to support our High Net Worth (HNW) portfolio. The role manages the full lifecycle of insurance applications—from proposal preparation and underwriting coordination to policy issuance and post‑sale servicing. As a key member of the HNW operations team, you will liaise with Relationship Managers, Technical Representatives (TRs), clients, insurers, underwriting teams, and medical and compliance partners to ensure a smooth, premium‑level experience for HNW and UHNW clients. The ideal candidate has strong insurance operations experience, solid knowledge of HNW products and underwriting processes, and the ability to handle complex cases efficiently under tight timelines. Key Responsibilities End‑to‑End HNW Case Management: Manage the full application workflow: fact‑finding, illustration comparison, proposal preparation, application submission, underwriting coordination, and policy issuance. Handle jumbo cases, complex financial documents, trust arrangements, and premium financing structures. Coordinate medical examinations, doctor reports, financial underwriting documents, and additional requirements from insurers. Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) and ensure all cases meet the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). Proactively identify bottlenecks and negotiate with insurers to expedite approval. Client, Advisor & Stakeholder Support: Act as the primary contact point for RMs, TRs, brokers/agents, and clients on all case‑related matters. Prepare proposals, comparison tables, suitability documentation, and Financial Needs Analysis (FNA). Provide product knowledge, case positioning strategies, and underwriting insights to sales teams. Support client meetings by preparing case materials and addressing underwriting questions. Ensure all cases meet AML, KYC, IA regulatory requirements, and internal compliance standards. Maintain complete and accurate case records in CRM / internal systems. Conduct documentation checks and support internal audits. Uphold strict confidentiality and risk‑management principles in handling sensitive financial and medical information. Product, Market, and Underwriting Knowledge: Maintain a strong command of HNW insurance solutions, including Whole Life / Savings, Investment‑linked products (ILAS), Critical Illness and protection products, Legacy planning, trust structures, and premium financing. Prepare market comparisons and advisory notes for internal stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements 3–5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, bancassurance, new business, underwriting, or HNW case management. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fields. Strong knowledge of underwriting workflow, financial underwriting, trust/wealth structuring, and policy issuance. Familiar with Hong Kong’s IA regulations, AML/KYC standards, and documentation requirements. Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously. Proven ability to communicate with senior RMs, TRs, UHNW clients, and insurer underwriting teams. Able to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons or month‑end/quarter‑end closings. IIQE Paper 1 & 3 is required, full qualification. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, strong written in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
