Customer Service Representative (Thai Speaking) Mitrade is an award‑winning global Contract for Difference (CFD) and forex broker, regulated by authorities in Australia (ASIC), Cyprus (CySec), the Cayman Islands (CIMA), and Mauritius (FSC). Role Summary Respond to clients’ inquiries via various means/channels in a timely manner, process account applications in accordance with regulatory requirements, and work a variety of shifts (no night‑mid shift required) to provide well‑rounded service to global customers. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, best‑in‑class service to clients across web chat, phone, email, and social media channels (most interactions will be over web chat). Take initiative to resolve customer queries with full dedication and determination, identifying problems and solutions promptly. Probe for and understand customers’ needs, identify business opportunities and ways to improve their experience; go above and beyond standard customer service. Proactively liaise with various departments to assist in resolving queries. Continuously learn about the financial markets, CFD industry and Mitrade’s platforms. Collaborate with the CS team to manage shifts, resources, volume and customer feedback. Requirements Proficiency in English and Thai. Strong eagerness to learn about financial markets including foreign exchange, global share indices, commodities, and crypto currencies. Enthusiastic about customer service and problem solving. Prior customer service experience preferred. Strong sense of integrity. Willingness to commit to a long‑term career growth and professional development. Open‑minded and cooperative personality. Strong MS Office skills. Experience with CRM tools advantageous. 5‑day work week (including public holidays); weekend shift duty required.
