Job Summary In expanding our Hong Kong #1 IFT brand Friso’s cross-border business, we are recruiting a high calibre & results-driven candidate for the position of Sales Manager (Cross Border) to join our Cross Border sales development team. In the agile & open working environment, the candidate has room to express their business ownership towards the drive of business strategies and plans. Job Description Work Location: Grand Century Place, Mong Kok East, Hong Kong What You’ll Be Doing Develop and implement business plans to achieve objectives in cross‑border O2O & CBEC channels (e.g. JD.com International / Tmall International) Lead distributors to execute aligned business plans and achieve corresponding sales KPIs Derive monthly sales demand & investment spending forecasts with data analytics Coordinate & manage route‑to‑market demand allocation with different stakeholders Build and maintain strong partnerships with key business partners (e.g. distributors / cross‑internal functional teams) Monitor sales trends and competitor market intelligence to derive business implications and actions Prepare and present sales performance updates & business plans to senior management / business partners What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in FMCG Past experience in Infant Formula Milk category and sales experience in China / Cross border are advantages Professional skills skewed towards online experience, especially with POP customers on JD.com & Tmall Expertise in working with different stakeholders for business plan implementation Strong growth mindset, independent, stable, credible, ethical, accountable team player High resilience & flexibility to work in a dynamic environment Mobility to travel to mainland China as needed Excellent written, typing, and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua), with good presentation skills Proficiency with PC & MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular) What's In It For You Double Pay Discretionary Performance Bonus 5‑Day Work Week Flexi Work From Home Early Off Friday Personal Leave Employer MPF Voluntary Contribution About FrieslandCampina (Hong Kong) Limited FrieslandCampina (Hong Kong) Limited is a multi‑national dairy company headquartered in the Netherlands, with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific that includes Hong Kong.
