About Us We are a leading provider of Statement of Work (SOW) HR solutions and end-to-end recruitment services , helping organizations optimize workforce strategies, manage contingent labor, and secure top talent across industries. Our consultative approach and innovative solutions empower clients to scale efficiently and compliantly. What You'll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients. Promote our SOW-based HR solutions and recruitment services to decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Hiring Managers). Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and strategic account management. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs. What We're Looking For Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within HR, recruitment, or professional services. Strong understanding of SOW, contingent workforce models, and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus. Why Join Us? Competitive base salary + commission structure.
