To learn more about Maxim’s, visit Responsibilities Assist in the operation and maintenance of the UiPath RPA platform, supporting automation initiatives across departments. Support the collection and analysis of process guidelines to help refine RPA design and deployment practices. Collaborate with business users in Hong Kong and Southeast Asian markets to identify automation opportunities and assist in documenting requirements. Help drive adoption of Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio) and other shared service applications. Participate in the design and testing of automated workflows to improve operational efficiency. Gain understanding of business workflows and assist in proposing IT solutions. Work with IT and business teams to support implementation and integration of automation solutions. Prepare documentation such as business requirement specs, system interface details, and basic reports. Provide support for application‑related issues and elevate as needed. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during project rollouts. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a business analyst role. Candidates with more extensive experience and proven capabilities may be considered for the role of Senior Business Analyst. Hands‑on experience with UiPath (RPA) is a must. Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) is preferred. Familiarity with low‑code platforms and experience in cross‑regional collaboration is a plus. Strong willingness to learn and grow in automation and system transformation. Good communication and problem‑solving skills, with ability to work across cultures.
