We are representing a premier global technology consultancy seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst to join their Hong Kong team. This is a critical, client-facing role for a technical expert who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and offshore technical teams. The ideal candidate is an expert in Java-based automation and has hands‑on experience in RPA testing (UiPath). Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Design and create comprehensive Automation test plans and strategies for complex projects. Automation Development: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Java. RPA Testing: Lead quality assurance for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows. Perform functional and regression testing on UiPath bots and troubleshoot automation processes. End-to-End Testing: Manage the full testing lifecycle, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing within Agile and Waterfall frameworks. Stakeholder Management: Act as the key technical liaison for clients and business analysts, ensuring clear communication, managing escalations, and providing daily status reports. Defect Management: Conduct deep‑dive root cause analysis for defects and manage the bug‑tracking process using tools like JIRA, ALM, and Azure DevOps. Key Requirements 5‑8 years in a senior software quality assurance role. Fluency in both English and Cantonese. Strong programming proficiency in Java. Hands‑on experience with UiPath and RPA testing. Deep knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies. Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP suite) and defect trackers. Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Strong client‑facing communication and teamwork skills. Highly motivated, self‑driven, and with a positive, collaborative attitude. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
