AP Head of Client Service Management, Global Private Bank Our Client Appointed by the wealth management arm of the most recognized Asian Based I-bank with net revenue of USD 11Billion in 2022 to search for AP Head of Client Service Management. Job Duties Manage a team of client service managers in HK and SGP Oversight the resources planning, hiring and performance of CSMs to ensure the fulfilment of business objectives in the AP region Assume business management accountabilities including client on-boarding to KYC related aspects to facilitate the smooth operations of daily business activities As part of the regional management team to drive transformation/digitalization projects and strategic business development initiatives in Greater China region Serve as the internal consultant to represent front office to work with senior management, and counterparties on any regulatory and compliance aspects Cultivate strong working relationships across coverage, product, and infrastructure divisions through daily interactions Accountable for implementing the sustainable strategies in APAC Review investment process and products; conduct impact analysis to ensure the fulfilment of ESG/climate risks, sustainable finance disclosure, SFC/MAS regulatory requirements and corporate governance Conduct benchmarking analysis, stakeholder engagement, site investigations, macrotrend analysis, and data analytics to support project delivery Support the development and implementation of predictive analytics models and optimization projects in the Asia Pacific via stakeholder engagement as well as machine learning and data mining techniques Apply advanced data analysis methodologies or algorithm, and utilize statistical and optimization models to solve issues and deploy solutions in the supply chain context Translate big data into business insights and decision making with data visualization and modeling tools As part of the Regional Strategic Business Management Team Report to Regional COO and Manage a team of client service managers Conduct revenue and product pricing analysis IT savvy with strong project management skill As part of the regional revenue and product pricing department Accountable for conducting product pricing/revenue analysis and provide value added management reports/presentation deck for global investment product department & senior management Facilitate product pricing strategies & related regional regulatory/reporting initiatives Regional projects and transformation management Ample of Biz, Product & Snr Management Exposure As the professional in communicating with business and technology internal stakeholders across AP and Europe Facilitate business planning and support roadmap and projects design framework on behalf of business users and sponsors Liaise and consult senior management, business, and IT departments from formulating user requirements, KPI, testing and rollout plans Requirements Graduate with 12 years+/- relevant client service management, business management, front office risk control earned from int’l private bank Strategic minded with proven people management capability along with good problem Profound understanding towards the wealth management business Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural environment Strong interpersonal & influencing skills to effectively work with people Support Sustainability Strategies Implementation Excellent Worklife Balance & Job Security #J-18808-Ljbffr
