Top Ranking International Private Bank Contract/Perm Client Documentation & CDD Support Our Client Representing Global Private Bank with Aa2 Credit Rating to search for experienced Client Account Documentation to be part of the regional team and transformation project Job Duties As part of the Client Account Documentation team holding full accountability from Client Life Cycle and Static Data management Serve as the case manager/subject matter expert from client on-boarding & periodic review by ensuring the fulfilment of compliance/regulatory/Fatca Tax related requirements Drive and streamline processes to maximize quality deliverables Promote corporate governance/control standards by collaborating with Compliance/Risk Departments across the region & headquarters Responsible for account documentation check and clients’ data maintenance Ensure completeness of document in accordance to regulatory requirements Provide back office private banking operations support that called for liaison with front office and KYC teams Handle general inquiries from internal and external customers in relation to clients account information Global Banking with Comprehensive Bank Benefits Excellent Worklife Balance & Job Security Reporting to Regional Head of Dealing & partner with a professional team of cross asset classes of investment advisors Accountable for timely trade execution of equities and structured products by collaborating with experienced private bankers for external UHNW families & clients for AP/Greater China region Facilitate regional and global new business/products and regulatory related initiatives Global Private Bank with 850 Employees+ in APAC Regional Business Mgmt to APAC Governance Report to the Regional Head of Governance Accountable for timely preparation of management reports and analysis Responsible for coordinating regional governance & risk management committee meetings and agenda Profound Institutional Clients and Family Office Exposure Contribute to the growth, penetration and marketing of mandates & discretionary portfolios Assume the mandate specialist to attend clients’ pitch and advise them on strategic investment & asset allocation by working closely with fund managers and private bankers As part of the Regional CIO committee to shape investment strategies & portfolio position across APAC Report to Head of FCC and partner with a small professional team of 3 Transaction Monitoring, STR & Continuous Enhancement of AML Procedures and System/Tools Review Investigation of trigger events/alerts to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory/corporate governance Requirements 6 years+/- relevant Client Account Documentation, KYC, Regulatory, Tax/FATCA related project experience in the private banking industry Highly detail oriented with good communication skill Relevant regional stakeholder and project management in driving and facilitating regulatory/processes changes Knowledge of CDD/KYC, FATCA/Taxation and HKMA/AML regulatory requirements is highly desirable Account Documentation & Static Data Management Worklife Balance & Friendly int’l Team Most Sustainable International Private Bank Expansion Transaction Monitoring/STR Headcounts Regional FCC/AML Compliance Dept #J-18808-Ljbffr
