Job Summary: We are seeking a (Senior) Strategic Operations Analyst to join our Corporate Finance & Strategy team. In this pivotal role, you will lead business research, execute critical operational processes, and deliver strategic analyses that directly influence leadership decisions on new market entry. Combining strategic vision with hands‑on execution, this role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in ambiguous situations and is ready to make an impact Job Responsibilities Design and lead workflows that support KPay’s expansion across multiple regions. Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis, converting insights into actionable, measurable initiatives. Lead field research efforts, including customer interviews and surveys, to validate assumptions and refine strategies. Translate qualitative findings into quantitative data for financial modeling and strategic planning. Oversee and ensure effective execution of strategic plans through operational management. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; an MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred. 3–6 years’ experience in both strategic and operational roles, Fintech or payments experience is a strong plus. (Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Analyst role.) Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute complex processes in ambiguous settings. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented mindset. Self‑driven, proactive, and accountable for delivering results. Confident communicator, willing to challenge norms and try new approaches. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus. Willingness to take frequent travels.
