Conduct in-depth research on various asset classes, including bonds, equities, commodities, and alternative investments etc in the global market to identify market trends and advise on strategic and tactical asset allocation of discretionary investment portfolios. Conduct thorough analysis of potential investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment and provide actionable recommendations based on portfolio mandates. Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop and implement investment strategies and manage portfolio risk exposure via stress tests and scenario analysis. Prepare comprehensive investment reports, presentations, and investment memos to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients. Stay abreast of market developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes that may impact investment strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research analysts, traders, and compliance officers, to ensure effective execution of investment strategies and compliance with regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field with CFA, FRM, and/or CAIA highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management with proven track record of outstanding research capabilities. Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a deep understanding of investment valuation techniques, risk assessment, and portfolio management. Sound knowledge of financial markets, asset classes, and investment strategies. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work from research to trade execution. Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a team-orientated environment under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills (both English and Chinese) with the ability to present complex investment concepts and analysis in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Bloomberg, Excel, and other financial modeling platforms. Strong work ethics, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
