Operation Analyst - Transformation Project Join to apply for the Operation Analyst - Transformation Project role at Michael Page . Our client is a leading insurance provider in Hong Kong, offering a wide range of financial solutions including life insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management. They are looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to support the transformation of Group Insurance operations. This role will play a critical part in shaping future‑state processes, defining system requirements, and ensuring operational readiness. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless migration and contribute to strategic business decisions. Job Description Partner with the Product Owner to prioritize tasks and drive implementation of new operating models. Work closely with subject matter experts to analyze current workflows, identify pain points, and design optimized processes for PAS. Translate business needs into clear system requirements and validate specifications with IT teams. Participate in squad activities to maintain alignment and review deliverables, providing recommendations to aid decision‑making. Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Assist in creating MIS reports for performance monitoring and ensure customer‑facing communications are accurate and user‑friendly. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in a business‑related discipline. 6‑10 years of experience in operations analysis, functional business analysis, or project management within insurance, banking, or financial services. Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese preferred). High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in policy administration systems or insurance operations.
