Customer Service Executive (Call Centre) Clarity Medical Group is a leading private healthcare provider specializing in ophthalmology in Hong Kong, offering comprehensive one-stop eye healthcare services. We have 4 service points in Hong Kong and we are still expanding. Welcome to join our team if you are energetic and want a rewarding career Handle customer enquiries and bookings via phone, WhatsApp and Live Chat in a professional manner. Conduct outbound calls for follow-up service, e.g. booking reminders. Ensure accurate data entry in the electronic health record and maintain patient privacy and security. Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate, timely solutions to meet their needs. Proactively identify opportunities to improve our customer care processes and knowledge base. Perform general clerical and administrative support to the team. Shift duty including weekends with compensated leave (no night shift required). Perform ad hoc projects as required. Requirements Higher Diploma or above. At least 3 years of working experience; call centre, customer service, or medical card (direct billing) experience is a plus. Customer‑oriented with strong communication and telephone skills. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Good PC skills, e.g., MS Excel and Word. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
