Martech Product Manager

Responsibilities Design and oversee a unified martech architecture (CDP, CRM, AI tools, analytics) that adapts to business growth. Evaluate current tools, identify gaps, and lead vendor assessments for emerging technologies such as CDPs and marketing operations tools. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols. Customer Data Platform Ownership Develop and manage the CDP as the definitive source for unified customer profiles. Enable cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and analytics with real-time segmentation, activation, and reporting. Architect data flows: ingest, unify, and activate 1st/2nd/3rd‑party data across channels (email, ads, web, mobile). Own the martech roadmap by prioritising tools, integrations, and automation that improve team efficiency and ROI. Promote AI adoption in the marketing team for generative content, predictive modelling, and similar applications. Reduce latency, cost, and manual workflows. Cross-Functional Enablement Partner with growth teams to translate business goals into technical requirements (e.g., “Increase ROAS 20% via lookalike audiences”). Support the digital growth team in uncovering campaign and customer insights that improve performance. Train marketers on self‑service tooling (e.g., creating segments, building journeys). Job Requirements 4–7 years of experience in building/scaling CDPs (e.g., Segment, mParticle, Tealium, ActionIQ, SensorData). Hands‑on experience in designing identity graphs, managing data governance, and activating audiences to downstream tools. Proven track record designing integrated stacks (e.g., CDP + CRM/HubSpot + BI/Looker + Ad Platforms). Understanding of APIs, ETL, data lakes, and tag management (e.g., GTM). Experience in deploying AI tools for personalisation, forecasting, or generative content would be a plus.
