Director, Data Analytics and CRM, Campaign Management Job Purpose This position is a pivotal role within our bank, responsible for driving the transformation and optimization of the campaign operation through both innovative MarTech and traditional tools and strategic planning. This position requires a visionary leader who can enhance campaign performance, improve targeting and personalization, and ensure all campaign operations align with the bank's overarching goals and objectives. Responsibilities Lead the adoption and integration of cutting‑edge MarTech tools to revolutionize our campaign strategies. Enhance targeting and personalization efforts to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time. Continuously evaluate new technologies and methodologies to improve overall campaign performance. Implement and uphold best practices in campaign management to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and balance the use of innovative and traditional tools to achieve optimal results. Rigorously monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and positively influence the business. Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and impact. Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans for all campaign operations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with the bank's goals and objectives. Provide leadership and direction to the campaign operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Serve as a role model and inspirational leader who motivates and guides the campaign operations team towards achieving strategic objectives. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Build, manage, and mentor a high‑performing team of marketing professionals, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Identify and nurture the potential of team members through professional development opportunities, coaching, and feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in a senior role, ideally from Wealth and Retail Banking, with a focus on campaign management and transformation. Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with MarTech tools and technologies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
