A leading global professional body is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic membership growth. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be part of a dynamic team where your primary focus is driving sustainable new membership growth by balancing sophisticated B2B account management, strategic channel partner development, and proactive B2C acquisition. Responsibilities Cultivate relationships with senior decision‑makers (e.g., CFOs, Finance Directors, Academic Heads) in top‑tier professional organizations to secure access to prospective members. Identify and formalise agreements with key channel partners to unlock new market segments and scalable revenue opportunities. Manage the full acquisition pipeline, leading targeted campaigns, presentations, and workshops to convert qualified leads into new members. Ensure meticulous data integrity within the CRM system and provide timely performance analysis and strategic reports. Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Key Account Management in the Accounting, Finance, Professional Services, or Banking sectors. Proven track record of growing a customer base. Excellent communication in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Strong negotiation and channel management skills. Self‑motivated and resilient. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Managers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
