Your Impact and Responsibilities As a Scrum Master, you will be more than a facilitator; you will be a coach, an impediment remover, and a true servant-leader. Your mission is to cultivate an environment of trust, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Champion Agile Excellence: Act as a key coach for your Scrum team and wider stakeholders, embedding Agile values and principles deep into the organizational culture. Orchestrate & Facilitate: Expertly guide the team through all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives), ensuring they are productive, positive, and focused on value delivery. Drive Team Performance: Empower the team to meet its commitments by identifying and removing blockers, facilitating discussions, and fostering a culture of psychological safety and accountability. Collaborate and Align: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear and well-maintained Product Backlog. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) in a scaled (SAFe) environment to ensure alignment across teams. Leverage Data & Metrics: Utilize artifacts like burndown charts and other Agile metrics to enhance transparency, track progress, and guide the team in making data-informed decisions for continuous improvement. What You'll Bring to the Table We are looking for a seasoned professional who can blend deep process knowledge with exceptional people skills. Proven Experience : A strong track record as a Scrum Master, ideally within a large corporate, consulting, or transformation-focused environment. Experience in the financial services or insurance domain is a significant advantage. Scaled Agile Expertise: Solid understanding and practical experience with the Scrum framework and SAFe methodology are essential. Technical Acumen: You don't need to be a coder, but you possess enough technical understanding to appreciate the team's work and facilitate technical conversations effectively. Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. You build relationships and influence with ease. Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly advantageous for this role. Leadership Mindset: You take ownership of your work, contribute to setting best practices, and have experience guiding complex projects or workstreams.
