We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Scrum Master to drive Agile transformation and deliver high-impact IT projects. As a key leader, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, embed DevOps practices, coach teams, and ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders and development teams. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and IT project management will enable you to foster innovation, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Scrum Master . In this role you will: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices Identify and remove obstacles to team progress, establishing an environment where the team can operate effectively Perform requirements analysis, documenting, and communicating the results Manage projects within the given budget and defined timelines Handle resource profiling and allocation to ensure optimal team performance Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is prioritized and refined Address team dynamics and ensure a good relationship between the team, product owner, and external stakeholders Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members To be successful you will need: In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in IT project management Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory SAFe certification or other Agile framework certifications are preferred Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and distributed teams Opening up a world of opportunity Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
