Strong organizational and communication skills to manage cross‑functional collaboration effectively. Proficiency in using Agile tools such as Jira or equivalent. A background in Technology, with an understanding of project management principles. Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment in the Insurance industry.
