Head of IT Infrastructure -Retail Bank (based in HONG KONG) Our client is one of the famous retail banks in Hong Kong. They are seeking an experienced IT professional to join their elite team. Responsibilities Oversee daily and general operation of the infrastructure team, including systems, network, PC support, helpdesk and data centre Practice ITIL and technology risk management to guarantee the quality of timely service Closely monitor the performance of operation and service, manage IT fixed assets, plan disaster recovery drills and strategies, provide support to IT projects, deliver troubleshooting solutions, and manage vendors Handle both internal and external audits and reviews Sensitive to the latest technology trends and development, suggest relevant improvement and recommendation accordingly Requirements Bachelor Degree holder in Information Technology, or related disciplines At least 10 to 15 years of relevant working experience in IT operation with experience in Retail banking Good understanding and practice of ITIL and technology risk management Strong technical background with excellent people management skills Proactive, independent, able to multi-task under pressure Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin #J-18808-Ljbffr
