They are seeking an experienced Public Relations & Marketing Specialist to join their Investor Relations team and play a key role in strengthening brand presence and market positioning. Key Responsibilities Drive brand awareness and enhance corporate positioning through strategic PR and marketing initiatives. Develop compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate investment strategies to investors and the public. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, marketing agencies, and key stakeholders to elevate the firm’s reputation. Identify and engage target audiences including family offices, financial intermediaries, private bankers, and institutional investors. Plan and execute media strategies across digital platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content. Organize high-profile events, panels, and conferences for investors and media. Monitor and refine PR plans to align with evolving business objectives. Oversee social media and online channels, including leading a full corporate website revamp project. Expand media networks across Hong Kong, Singapore, mainland China, and other strategic regions. Conduct market research to identify prospects and support fundraising initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility. Requirements Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investments, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline. Minimum 10 years of PR & media experience within private equity, asset management, or alternative investment firms. Strong knowledge of alternative investment products (PE Funds, Real Estate Funds, Structured Finance, Hedge Funds). Expertise in brand building and media management, with established connections in financial media. Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and simplified characters), both written and spoken. Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to create high-quality presentations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Resilient team player with strong relationship management and project leadership skills. Why Join My Client?
