Public Relations Manager – Public Opinion Management We are seeking a highly perceptive and strategically minded Public Opinion Management Manager to lead the establishment and execution of the company’s public opinion monitoring and response system. You will closely monitor trends across social media and other public channels, identify potential risks in real time, coordinate cross-functional teams to handle issues efficiently, and continuously optimize mechanisms to safeguard the company’s brand reputation and public trust. Key Responsibilities 1. Public Opinion Monitoring & Early Warning Build and enhance the company’s public opinion monitoring system to track sentiment across social media, news outlets, forums, and online communities. Identify negative content, trending topics, and potential risks promptly, and generate timely warning reports. 2. Public Opinion Response & Crisis Handling Respond swiftly to emerging issues or crises, coordinating internal teams (including Product, Technology, PR, Legal, Customer Service, and Operations). Develop and implement communication and response strategies to ensure consistent, transparent, and effective messaging. Track incident progress, provide regular updates, and ensure each case is closed with clear resolutions. 3. Cross-Department Coordination & Communication Serve as the lead for public opinion management, facilitating rapid-response collaboration among Brand, Marketing, PR, Legal, and Operations teams. Establish standardized company-wide processes for issue escalation, accountability, and coordination. Produce regular public opinion analysis reports, review major incidents, and summarize key insights and lessons. Analyze data to identify brand communication risks and propose optimization strategies to enhance brand messaging and reputation management. 5. Mechanism Building & Training Develop and continuously refine the company’s public opinion management policies, procedures, and playbooks. Conduct regular training sessions for relevant teams to strengthen crisis awareness and response capabilities. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management, or related fields. A minimum of 3 years of experience in public opinion monitoring and crisis management within the financial industry. Familiarity with the ecosystem of mainstream social media and the rules of public opinion dissemination; proficient in using public opinion monitoring tools. Excellent judgment and crisis response capabilities, with the ability to make rapid decisions under high pressure. Possess strong communication and coordination skills, and a good sense of teamwork. Strong logical thinking, high sense of responsibility, and high sensitivity to brand reputation and public sentiment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
