About the role Join the dynamic team at DL Public Relations as an Elite Recruiter (Mandarin Speaker). This is a full-time role based in Hong Kong Island, HK. As an Elite Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent to support the continued growth and success of our organisation. What you're doing Actively search for and identify highly skilled candidates to fill critical roles within the company Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements Promote the DL Public Relations employer brand and culture to attract top talent Provide a seamless and positive recruitment experience for all candidates What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the public relations industry Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Ability to effectively screen and evaluate candidate qualifications Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles Familiarity with talent sourcing techniques and the latest recruiting trends Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences About us DL Public Relations is a leading full-service public relations agency serving clients across a wide range of industries.
