About the Role Swire Properties invites you to join our team as a Mall Operations Supervisor and provide quality customer service across our portfolio. The role is based in Hong Kong and supports work in the Chinese Mainland, Miami, and Southeast Asia. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the team in executing mall management duties. Provide quality customer services to shoppers and tenants. Handle emergencies and reporting. Work six days a week, eight‑hour shifts. Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in mall operation at a supervisory level. F5 or above fitness level. Fluency in spoken English and Chinese. Familiarity with PC operation. Background in property and facilities management courses preferred. Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS certificate. Holder of Construction Green Card.
