Job Responsibilities Perform repairs and conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability. Lead the technical team & monitor contractors in carrying out repair works and planned preventive maintenance tasks. Report to the manager and partners on work status, including regular reports, updates on emergency incidents, and inspection findings. Provide telephone support after office hours when needed or emergency situations arise. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company based on business needs. Requirements Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker license (Grade A or above). Holder of a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card). Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in one of the following areas: Electrical, MVAC, RHAVCor Plumbing & Drainage systems. Hands‑on repair and maintenance experience in one of the following areas: Electrical, MVAC, RHAVC or Plumbing & Drainage systems. Relevant experience in supermarket or retail environments is preferred. Proficiency in written Chinese and spoken Cantonese is essential.
