(Senior) Advisor, Provider Relations & Network Development Add expected salary to your profile for insights Process and follow up on request for quotation from Business development team with provider Recruit new provider as per recruitment policy to meet all selection requirement: cost effective, good quality Perform contract renewal process including orientation, utilization review, claims audit, fee negotiation, clinic accreditation on guidelines etc to meet selection requirements and purchasing and network objectives: cost effective, good quality etc. Prepare and issue contract for authorized signature and follow up on contract return. Provide training, consolidate feedback and provide enquiry support in relation to Bupa online. Work closely with operations to ensure questionable provider claims are rejected or filtered for further attention, by administering the claims assessment procedures. Create, maintain and update provider related records, contract details information and provider network information in designated Provider Management System. Verify data for daily work from various daily, monthly report to ensure high accuracy rate of processing. Provide and distribute enrolment and renewal package to provider. Follow up with Hotline to handle inquiries from provider. Follow up inquiries from other teams related to provider. Qualifications, Training and Experience Holder of Bachelor Degree At least 3 years of experience of working in a provider relations or health insurance medical business contracting/development/administrative role required Excellent communication and negotiation skill Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Demonstrated ability to deal with external parties High levels of integrity and trust Presentable, mature presentation, outgoing personality with effective personal skills An ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage Bupa offers 5 days’ work per week and comprehensive remuneration packages including base salary, study assistance plan, company pension plan, life and medical benefit, dental benefit, annual leave, examination leave, etc. Bupa is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates.
