Work towards achieving industry‑recognized milestones such as MDRT. To Be a Successful Candidate, You Will Have A bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people. A proactive, resilient, and results‑driven mindset. Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
