Role Summary The objective of the role is to support the entire product development process and provide technical support on health & accident products, which involved a full product development cycle (research on market trends/clients needs, product innovation, product design, product implementation, product management, and product promotion). Job Responsibilities Conduct market research on industry trend, competitor movements, market competitive analysis to identify potential business opportunities and improve the product positioning. Assist in product design and innovation to help achieve company’s business targets, focusing on medical, accident and critical illness protection of clients. Support the delivery of product-related initiatives by adopting a disciplined project management approach and following the product development operating guideline. Participate in material preparation for product development and ensure accuracy of project deliverables. Act as product SME to contribute in various projects such as new regulation implementation, operation enhancements, business development initiatives. Represent product team to promote the products to all channels with respect to product proposition, key selling points, market competitiveness, administration rules, sales support. Job Requirements Bachelor Degree holder. At least 5–6 years’ relevant life insurance experience in product development and management. Possess good understanding of insurance products, clients’ needs, sales process and industry development in HK. Knowledge of mainland market would be a plus. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin.
