Senior Officer/ Officer, Client Relations and Growth Assist in rotating between the booking and reception teams. You will be responsible for managing appointment schedules, coordinating referrals, and providing outstanding customer service to clients. The role involves maintaining clear communication between clients, veterinarians, and referral services to ensure seamless veterinary care and contribute to the clinic’s growth. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to appointment bookings, referrals, and clinic services Schedule, confirm, and optimize appointment bookings Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records Coordinate referral processes with external veterinarians and clinics, ensuring seamless communication, following up on referrals, and maintaining continuity of care Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming environment and managing the reception area Support clinic marketing efforts by informing clients about veterinary wellness plans, seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, and new services Qualifications Higher Diploma or above in any discipline Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, familiarity with veterinary clinics is an advantage Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Capable of working efficiently under pressure Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior role Working Conditions 5-day work week About the Clinic CityU Veterinary Medical Centre (CVMC) manages an extensive small animal clientele in Hong Kong.
