About the Company:
My client is an international law firm with a presence over the globe; with the growth of the business in Asia, they have recently created a new headcount looking for a Revenue Specialist to join their Accounting and Finance team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of billing, addressing billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records as well as acting as the representative to liaise with their clients for such matters.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for end-to-end billing cycle from logging to preparation
  • Act as a subject matter expert to assist with any billing issues for both internal and external clients
  • Handle all billing aspects for assigned attorneys, including distribution, logging, and processing client billing
  • Maintain client database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information and submit electronic invoices in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members on other assigned or required duties

Skills & Experiences required:

  • Bachelor's Degree majored in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or other related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting/similar positions, preferably from legal/professional services industry
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a must
