Responsibilities Handling corporate finance transactions execution related to IPOs and financial advisory. Handle necessary documentation such as the prospectus, announcement, circular, financial statements and regulatory filings. Plan and conduct extensive due diligence work on various transactions. Assist in project execution and origination, including pitch‑book and proposal preparation. Communicate effectively with professional parties, regulators, internal and external units to facilitate project success. Understand & implement regulatory compliance standard from time to time. Requirements 3-5 years solid corporate finance transactions experience. Work experience from accounting firms is preferred. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Bachelor degree holder preferably in accounting, finance or other relevant majors. Strong analytical skills, presentation and interpersonal skills; Strong personal integrity, initiative and creativity; Enthusiasm in investment banking; Hard working, fast learning with critical mindset and strong numeric sense; SFC license 6 and/or 1 holder. Adeptness in managing multiple projects simultaneously. More experience could be considered as Vice President .
