Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight : Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to high standards of quality control, hygiene, and safety. Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets, monitor sales and profitability, control costs, and oversee inventory and stock. Guest Experience : Ensure a positive, sophisticated dining experience, handle customer queries and complaints, and maintain relationships with guests. Staff Leadership : Recruit, train, motivate, and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment focused on excellent customer service and teamwork. Culinary & Menu Development : Work with the head chef to plan and coordinate menus, develop wine lists, and ensure menu quality and authenticity, specifically for Yunnan cuisine. Reporting : Prepare accurate performance and operational reports for senior management, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for improvement. Key Skills & Qualifications Leadership : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams to exceed expectations. Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control. Customer Service : Passion for delivering an exceptional and personalized fine dining experience. Culinary Knowledge : Deep appreciation and understanding of Yunnan cuisine and fine dining standards. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage staff and guests. Adaptability : Ability to adapt to the demands of a dynamic restaurant environment and peak periods. Experience : Significant experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a fine dining hospitality setting.
