Business Manager / Project Manager (Influencer Marketing) Add expected salary to your profile for insights The Mission: Drive Aggressive Influencer Marketing Revenue We are seeking a commercially aggressive and highly organized Business Manager / Project Manager to spearhead the growth of our Influencer Marketing division across Hong Kong and Mainland China. This is a dual-focus role : you will be responsible for aggressively developing new business and revenue while maintaining meticulous ownership of the entire project lifecycle —from initial pitch to final report. You must be adept at navigating the complex ecosystem of influencers and platforms, including Hong Kong KOLs, Mainland China's Xiaohongshu (XHS), and Douyin/TikTok . 1. Business Development & Revenue Growth (The Hunter) Aggressive Sales: Proactively identify, target, and secure new influencer marketing projects and retainer partnerships from clients and agencies across Hong Kong and China-focused campaigns. Client Relationship Management: Initiate and lead meetings with high-value clients (brands, agencies, marketing managers) to understand their objectives and translate them into effective influencer strategies. Strategic Proposal Development: Utilize PressLogic’s content expertise and data tools (e.g., EchoMaker) to craft winning, data-backed influencer proposals that clearly outline channel strategy (HK, XHS, TikTok), talent selection, and measurable KPIs. Revenue Accountability: Own the sales pipeline and revenue targets for the Influencer Marketing business unit. 2. End-to-End Project Management (The Operator) Full Project Ownership: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from contract signing and budget allocation to execution and delivery, ensuring projects are on time and within budget. Talent Sourcing & Vetting: Oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding of suitable influencers and KOLs across Hong Kong and Mainland China platforms (XHS, TikTok) that align with client brand and campaign goals. Execution & Quality Control: Coordinate with internal content and media teams, manage communication flow with external influencers, and ensure all generated content adheres to brand guidelines and platform regulations (especially XHS/TikTok compliance). Performance Reporting: Deliver detailed, insightful campaign performance reports, analyzing KOL effectiveness, content engagement, and overall ROI for clients. Cross-Border Expertise: Stay ahead of the latest trends, regulatory changes, and pricing benchmarks within the dynamic HK and China (XHS, TikTok) influencer markets. Tool Utilization: Leverage PressLogic's Mar-Tech tools, specifically EchoMaker (AI-driven KOL marketing), to enhance pitching efficiency and campaign effectiveness. What We Look For: Relevant Experience: 3+ years in Business Development, Sales, Project Management, or Account Servicing within the Digital Marketing, Agency, or Media sector , with a strong focus on Influencer/KOL Marketing. Platform Fluency: Mandatory experience or strong knowledge of Mainland China social media platforms (Xiaohongshu and Douyin/TikTok) , in addition to Hong Kong media. Commercial Drive: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and aggressively developing new client relationships. Bilingual Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese . Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred for effective communication with China-based partners and platforms. Organizational Excellence: Exceptional project management, time management, and multitasking skills—able to handle multiple complex campaigns simultaneously. Communication & Negotiation: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing communication abilities.
