IT System Analyst, Supply Chain platform Job Description: We're seeking a IT System Analyst with 2+ years' experienceto join and consult for a leader in the Resorts & Gaming industry. As a key member of the functions team, the IT System Analystwill help support and perform day-to-day operations of for the client's Supply Chain platform, including system configuration, installation, data entry and troubleshooting. You'll work closely with the procurement and supply chainusers to analyze their needsand helping ensure the environment is consistently able to meet the businesses requirements. This opportunity is based in the heart of Hong Kong, Central.The Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day operational support of the Supply Chainmanagement systems, handling configuration, troubleshooting, and engaging with vendor support. Ensure the successful implementation and upgrades by conducting testing and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end users. Assist in preparing requirement, functional, and testing specifications. Resolve user-reported issues by collaborating with users, IT team, and vendor support. Your Skills and Experience: 2+ years' experience in IT Supportand Supply Chainsoftware implementation. Advantageous to have experience with in SAP, ERP or other supply chain, finance, and procurement platforms. Proven skills support users, performing gap analysis, and assessing business impact. Strong consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Proficient in written and spoken English andCantonese.
