Description Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data, including inventory levels, demand forecasting, and logistics performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, creating visualizations that provide real-time insights for stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, operations, and finance) to gather requirements, refine data models, and deliver customized analytics solutions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, cost savings, and supplier performance, generating monthly reports and recommendations. Utilize tools like SQL, Excel, and advanced analytics platforms to clean, process, and interpret large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Profile Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in supply chain analytics or a similar data-focused role within manufacturing, logistics, or technology sectors. Proficiency in Power BI or experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau) is advantageous. Solid understanding of supply chain concepts, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and end-to-end processes from sourcing to delivery. Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business strategies; strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
