Technical Officer / Senior Research Assistant Centre for Oncology and Immunology – Job reference: H03/2025/19 . Appointment is on a fixed‑term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. Job Responsibilities Perform experiments on new laboratory techniques. Deliver training to new staff and students. Ensure laboratory remains organized and adheres to safety standards. Support the team with procurement, inventory management, and various administrative responsibilities. Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree or above, preferably in Biomedical Sciences or related disciplines, with at least 5 years relevant experience. Knowledge of animal handling, CRISPR/Cas9 technology and high‑throughput screening techniques. Prior experience in molecular biology laboratory techniques and handling mammalian cell culture. Experience working in a tertiary institution is an asset. Strong command of written and spoken English, excellent communication skills, teamwork, self‑motivation, organizational ability, detail‑orientation, hard work, willingness to learn new techniques, and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
