Together, we drive smart EV transformation Responsibilities Work closely with principals for technical investigation, analyze technical information, carry out fault diagnosis, submit warranty claims, and other related tasks. Reflect technical and customer concerns to principals. Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure all maintenance works are attended efficiently. Prepare technical documents and provide technical support to workshop. Organize technical trainings for workshop members and relevant parties. Qualifications Holder of High Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship in Vehicle Technician. At least 3 years’ working experience in automotive engineering. Technical knowledge in motor vehicle. Possess a valid HK driving licence with Class 1, 2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in MS Office applications. Strong problem‑solving skills, proactive, team‑player with pleasant personality.
